No Limit Mfg, a growing company specializing in aftermarket diesel parts, is looking for a highly motivated and skilled CNC Machinist with both manual and CNC machine work skill sets. Join a fast paced team and work closely with engineering to develop high quality parts and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Setup Multi Axis CNC Vertical Mills, and Turning Centers. (Haas, Okuma, Centroid)
• Use manual lathes, grinders, and mills to blank and finish parts.
• Use Mastercam to draw and program parts and fixtures.
• Work with Engineering to provide input on design for manufacturing.
• Help design setup instructions, and fixtures for production.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a fast paced Machine Shop
• Mastercam, preferred
• Understand and use G&M Code
• Ability to setup and machine complex and high tolerance components
• Materials: Stainless, Aluminum, Ductile Iron, Plastics, Alloy Steel, and Tool Steels
• Use of complex tooling that requires specialized training
• Ability to navigate the internet, and use Microsoft Office
• Passionate about prototyping and machining
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Highly motivated
• Flexible with the ability to work in a fast pace constantly changing environment with tight deadlines
