No Limit Mfg, a growing company specializing in aftermarket diesel parts, is looking for a highly motivated and skilled CNC Machinist with both manual and CNC machine work skill sets. Join a fast paced team and work closely with engineering to develop high quality parts and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Setup Multi Axis CNC Vertical Mills, and Turning Centers. (Haas, Okuma, Centroid)
- Use manual lathes, grinders, and mills to blank and finish parts.
- Use Mastercam to draw and program parts and fixtures.
- Work with Engineering to provide input on design for manufacturing.
- Help design setup instructions, and fixtures for production.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a fast paced Machine Shop
- Mastercam, preferred
- Understand and use G&M Code
- Ability to setup and machine complex and high tolerance components
- Materials: Stainless, Aluminum, Ductile Iron, Plastics, Alloy Steel, and Tool Steels
- Use of complex tooling that requires specialized training
- Ability to navigate the internet, and use Microsoft Office
- Passionate about prototyping and machining
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Highly motivated
